The Kanifing Municipal Council (KMC) has now perfected plans for the laying of a foundation stone of a proposed multi-million Dalasi public library.
This disclosure was made by Talib Ahmad Bensouda as he delivered a statement on Wednesday at a ceremony organized to set the ball rolling for the upgrading of Ya Fatou Njie Market in Tallinding North to a Covid facility.
According to mayor Bensouda, the D45m library will be the first of its kind in the country.
He disclosed that the foundation stone would be laid in coming weeks.
