Printer Amadou Bah’s dream of a retirement package has been shattered by his “summary” dismissal from The Point but he has now gone down with the paper on the legal lane.
Bah is seeking restitution for wrongful termination.
He was among three Point staff, who were “summarily” dismissed on the same day, in 2018.
Bah worked with The Point for 17 years.
JollofNews has gathered that the former Point staff and the paper will now battle it out at the Industrial Tribunal.
