Textbook Shortage Hits Town

Textbooks for core subjects are now very hard to come by as stocks run low in bookstores in several parts of the Kanifing Municipality, JollofNews has discovered.

While many blamed the education ministry for the textbook shortage, others apportioned the blame to Gambians for not taking the initiative to produce books that could be used in classrooms as textbooks.
