Top National Peoples Party – (NPP) officials Alkali Conteh and Fabou Sanneh have been flooded with congratulatory messages on social media on their reported appointments to the diplomatic service but Personnel Management Office – (PMO) has yet to confirm their appointments, sources said.
It was widely reported on social media last week that the duo has found new direction in the diplomatic service.
However, latest reports reaching JollofNews say none of them has been okayed by the PMO.
“None of them has been confirmed by the PMO,” sources said.
Alkali Conteh was reportedly appointed as ambassador to Turkey whilst Fabou Sanneh was said to have been appointed as consular officer in Saudi Arabia.
