The Alliance for National Re-orientation and Development (ANRD) has described as a huge loss the recent deaths on the line of duty of four Presidential guards.
“The demise of four of your gallant soldiers who martyred on their noble duties was indeed a huge loss to His Excellency, the military, but also to the security fraternity of the beloved country The Gambia,” ANRD wrote in its message of condolences to President Adama Barrow.

The demised of four of your gallant soldiers who martyred on their noble duties was indeed a huge lost to His Excellency, the military, but also to the security fraternity of the beloved country the Gambia.
Your excellency Allah SWT gives life and takes it in any ways suitable, therefore in this irreparable lost of our dears brothers and patriotic men in uniform and on behalf of my family, ALLIANCE for National Re-Orientation and Development and National People’s Party lliance, I convey condolences for the lost and pray that Allah grant the departed souls jennatul firdause.
As we mourn over the death of these your family members I prayer that Allah SWT touch the heart of these families the fortitude to stand this testing of time. Aamen.
