Doudou Kassa Jatta is still under custody following his arrest earlier today. The police PRO Cadet ASP Binta Njie confirmed the arrest and detention of Mr. Jatta but wouldn’t elaborate. Meanwhile according to sources, the Gambia’s main opposition UDP official was arrested in connection to last week’s disturbances in Bakau.
