   It’s tough going for counsel so far. They should have all pertinent original documents at hand and before the hearing. These should have been exchanged and entered into evidence exchange, and given to the court for reference. So far those being questioned are providing the evidence on request. One trusts counsel are going somewhere to be known sometime in the future.

   These are experts in moving funds all over the globe to evade taxes through covert operation. The learned counsel must be very tactful in handling these international business moguls. So far she is doing well. Questions about their taxes could be a cracker.
