The Gambia Police Force (GPF) Wednesday charged and detained the editor-in-chief of JollofNews Momodou Justice Darboe for allegedly assaulting police officers. He was detained at the Banjul police station for several hours before being released on bail. Mr. Darboe denied the allegation and will report to the station today.
