German President Meets Gambia’s Civil Society Reps

The visiting president of the Federal Republic of Germany, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, has held a meeting with representatives of the Gambia’s Civil Society Organisations.

During the meeting which was moderated by Gaye Sowe, executive director of the Gambian based Institute for Human Rights Development in Africa, President Steinmeier discuss current changes in the country and the role of CSOs in the New Gambia.
