Alagi Saidy-Barrow: The Desperation Of Yaya Jammeh Worshippers

Alagie Saidy-Barrow

Yaya Jammeh is going crazy in Equatorial Guinea. Hope is dwindling for his evil worshippers here in The Gambia. They tried to make noise for his return but that did not pan out too well.

So Yaya, being the clown he is, and in his infinite wisdom, leaked an audio to claim he is coming back home eventually because he is on vacation. A three-year vacation???? His worshippers believed him! Last year December was the targeted date and when that did not materialize, serious disappointment set in among the worshippers and hopeless sycophants.

That audio got him in much more trouble than he bargained for as folks dreaming for his return think it was not a smart idea. Because they thrive on betraying one another, they start accusing each other of all manners of betrayal. Since the cabal in Equatorial Guinea have nothing to do with their lives, WhatsApp audio messages and rumor mongering becomes a hobby and a job for them.

So and so betrayed Yaya. So and so stole from Yaya. So and so is undermining the party. So and so is cooperating with the Barrow administration. It gets bad. So Yaya starts accusing those around him of betrayal including Saul Badjie and several others. Then Saul releases a video hoping to calm Yaya down while halfheartedly apologizing to Gambians.

To any keen observer, it is easy to see that all is not well in Equatorial Guinea and desperation is accelerating among the Yaya worshippers including Jam Sarr who is busy trying to play nice with the army (I guess so when the time comes for him to train them in gorilla warfare to fight Senegal, the path would be smoother). So they want to pretend as if they care about Barrow and the army so that they can sow discord within the ranks and if there is any upheaval, it will pave the way for Yaya to come back.

Essentially, they want an upheaval so that any power vacuum created will mean Yaya swoops in and assumes his god-given place as president. I thought there was a limitation to stupidity but not with these schlemiels!

Yaya’s bigwigs and former collaborators are tired of waiting. Some of his allies are silent and you will not hear them whimper because they are waiting for the return of their god. Desperation is setting in. And so now they resort to desperate tactics. They want the government to arrest people that they the Yaya worshippers hate.

But you would think that when people are desperate, they would act smart. But not these Yaya buffoons making stupid audios contradicting themselves at every opportunity. This is not the first time that these APRC buffoons have cooked up stories about me and so many decent individuals.

If you listen to their stupid and idiotic audios, you will realize that everyone that they have mentioned as planning to topple the Barrow government are all people these Yaya worshippers hate with passion. Anyone that they think “betrayed” their god Yaya Jammeh, they want the Barrow administration to consider as an enemy.

Personally I have received several audios of their smear campaign and one with my name mentioned to be taken to some marabout to kill me. I never knew I strike so much fear in the minds of these sickos. In the latest round of stupidity, they claim that an attack on Gambia is imminent and then went on to mention names while swearing so fantastically.

From Masaneh Kinteh (like I will work with turncoats like Masaneh) to Ba Tambadou and his brother, to Mr Halifa Sallah, to a Sulayman Nyassi (I understand they hate him too because he dared speak against the leadership or something), you name it but it is like a who is who of the people they think will be in the way of Yaya’s return.

Yaya and his minions are desperate and will do anything to see Gambia in flames so they can say “we told you so.” Don’t mind them. Let them keep swearing by the Quran and lying to themselves. That is what Yaya was good at too; and look where he is today!!! Acha rek.
