The Secretary General and Party Leader of the United Democratic Party (UDP), Lawyer Ousainou ANM Darboe will embark on a nationwide tour as part of celebrations marking his party’s 25 years anniversary.
The tour, which is expected to commence today 4th October 2021, will give Mr Darboe a chance to touch base with Gambians, especially UDP party sympathisers particularly on their 5-Points agenda, manifesto and policies of the party, as the 2021 presidential election approaches.
A statement from the party’s Media and Communication Unit said Mr Darboe will use the tour to hold rallies at different communities and towns to hear first-hand, the problems facing the populace, especially those in the province.
The UDP leader is also expected during the tour to visit several places across the country.
