The police in Barra have launched investigations into a reported suicide case in Mayamba on Friday.
The Deputy PRO of the Gambia Police Force (GPF), Inspector Alieu Jamanka, told JollofNews that the Barra police were looking into the issue.
“The police in Barra are looking into the circumstances surrounding the matter,” he said.
“He was found hanging at the backyard of his house,” Inspector Jamanka added.
Meanwhile, Sheriff Senghore reportedly decided to end his life mid-Friday afternoon after a reported fight with his girlfriend upon realizing that the girl has given the phone he gifted her to another guy.
