Paperworks To Begin For Return Of 300 Stranded Gambians

A delegation from The Gambia will do the paperworks for the repatriation of 300 Gambians stranded in Libya, JollofNews has gathered.

A delegation from the impoverished West African nation Thursday met with the IOM and the Libyan offices of Migrant Forum in Asia (MFA) to knock heads together for collaboration on migrants protection, IOM is quoted to have said.

Information gathered by this medium revealed that the 300 Gambians will be issued travel documents after willingly choosing to return home through Voluntary Humanitarian Return (VHR) program.
