Dr. Ismaila Ceesay, the minister of information and broadcasting services, said on Tuesday that The Gambia government’s change of heart in Abubacarr Ba Tambadou’s ICJ bid was due to its shift of support for Nigeria’s candidate.
Dr. Ismaila Ceesay hinted that The Gambia has now decided to throw its full weight behind the Nigerian candidate, but did not elaborate.
