The CEO of GACH Global Dr Abubakary Jawara has won four awards at the prestigious The Voice Achievers Awards held at the Sir Dawda Kairaba Jawara Conference Centre in Bijilo Saturday evening.
The awards are, Humanitarian Excellence Award 2022, Philanthropy of the Year, Service to Humanity 2022 and Life-time Award.
The Voice Achievers Award is established in the Netherlands as a project of The Voice magazine to recognize Africans and friends of Africa of outstanding achievements on a yearly basis.
Since 2012, the award took a global outlook recognizing people outside of the Netherlands and it has become a global event attended by hundreds of people.
“It’s indeed a great honour receiving these awards in recognition of my service to humanity, ” Dr Abubakary Jawara told JollofNews shortly after receiving his awards.
He expressed gratitude to The Voice Achievers for recognising his efforts saying it will serve as motivation for him to do more.
