Has Ex-Soldier Sanyang Offered UDP’s Best Chance Of Proving Its Election Rigging Allegations?

Unless it wishes to avoid a protracted legal case, the defense team of beleaguered ex-soldier Abdoulie Sanyang could make best use of the “treasure trove” of evidence of vote theft that the UDP said it had against the NPP and the IEC.

Also, what a better chance than now for the UDP to prove to the whole, wide world its allegations of been “robbed of its hard-earned victory” in the 2021 presidential election.

Some will say it may then be legally prudent for Sanyang’s lawyers and the UDP’s legal team to knock heads together for the possible exoneration of Sanyang of the charges, bordering on vote rigging while the UDP will do itself a favour by providing Sanyang’s attorneys with the body of “hard evidence of vote rigging” to challenge the results through Sanyang’s court case.

This case against ex-soldier Sanyang could be a cause celebre and a unique opportunity for the UDP to get what it was denied by the Supreme Court on technicality.
