President Adama Barrow’s political adviser Saihou Mballow has warned that any individual or group that takes to the streets without a police permit will be seen as rebellious.

“If you go on protest without a permit, you are a rebel. That is the grammatical grammar,” he told Star FM’s Wake-up Gambia show this morning.
