Dr. Abubakary Jawara, Chief Executive Officer of the GACH Global Group has sponsored the famous Jaliba Kuyateh with D550,000 to perform the 2024 hajj in the holy land of Mecca.
The Presentation of D550,000 to the Manding Kora King as the fulfillment of a pledge by D.r Abubakry Jawara on the NPP party funding raising gala dinner recently held at Paradise Suite Hotel.
Receiving the D550,000 on behalf of Jaliba Kuyateh, Lamin Camara, manager of the Kora King said the presentation of this money is in fulfillment of the pledge made by business tycoon Dr. Abubakary Jawara is indeed a gratifying moment for Jaliba and the Kumareh Band, whilst prays the GACH Boss continuous success with long life.
“It’s not surprising to me and should not be to anyone knowing Dr. Jawara’s family starting from his grandparents they are philanthropists who only believed in sharing the little they have with everyone. I pray that Allah bless and protect Abubakary Jawara for the rest of his life with good health. If the Gambia had only two of Abubakary Jawara the country would be heaven on earth.” Lamin Camara explained.
Yusufu Jawara, CEO of the Abubakary Jawara Foundation doubling as the elder brother of GACH Boss delf in the importance of performing Hajj, saying Hajj is among the five pillars of Islam.
Jawara further reiterates that giving is in two folds recommended in Islam ranging from one that should be given in secret and the one openly given.
He said the charity that is openly given can be a source of motivation for those who are blessed with wealth to emulate doing good in the way of Allah, adding that Dr. Jawara is a man who believes in sharing with people.
