Gambian Authorities Allow Austrian Man To Complete Bitcoin Tower Construction Despite….

Investors Solomon Tamba and Marcel Lambertus Teunis van Andel could be elbowed out of a multi-million dalasi partnership deal after the Gambian authorities allowed their Austrian business partner Manuel Stofleth Mitterer to single-handedly continue the construction of the proposed Bitcoin Tower, despite a legal dispute, JollofNews can report.

This medium learned from official sources that the trio partnered around 2022 to build the imposing Bitcoin Tower edifice in Kerr Serign to sell apartments off-sketch plans. However, sources said the construction stalled sometime down the line when Solomon and Marcel suspected that Manuel was diverting the proceeds from their investments away from their joint account.

“They then filed a complaint with the police and Manuel was consequently interrogated and formally charged. He appeared before the Banjul High Court but the case could not proceed further due to the judges’ vacation,” one source said.

But JollofNews gathered from sources that a Ghanaian-born vacation judge greenlighted the continuation of the construction of the Bitcoin Tower without Solomon or Marcel’s knowledge.

JollofNews confirmed from a post from Manuel Stofleth Mitterer that the construction is well-underway.

“At the Bitcoin Tower, we recently faced a brief construction pause, but the challenges have been resolved, and the building work now continues with renewed energy,” Manuel and partner Angelika recently posted on their website.

It would be recalled that this medium sometime reported that Manuel was enjoying the backing of some influential members in the system, who were ready to peddle their influence, to help him deprive Tamba and Andel of their investments worth millions of dalasi.

Both Solomon and Marcel could not be reached for their reaction.
