Real Madrid Reaches Out To Biri Biri’s Family

Spanish football giants, Real Madrid C has send a condolence message to the family of Gambia’s football icon Biri Biri.
Biri Biri died Sunday in neighbouring Senegal where he was receiving treatment for an undisclosed illness.
In a message published on its website, the Spanish champions said its president and Board of Directors are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Sevilla F. C. legend Alhaji Momodo Njle, ‘Biri-Biri’.
“Real Madrid would like to extend their condolences to his family and friends, his club and all Sevilla F. C. fans,” the club said.

Biri Biri who is regarded as Gambia’s best footballer had  a spell at Sevilla FC, where he played for 5 seasons between 1973 and 1978.
