D.A Jawo Can Seek Redress Through The Courts

So, Alhaji Alieu Momar Njie and his vice chair Joe Colley are keeping the Gambian voters’ list close to their chests?

We don’t seem to be getting it!

After confirming that the voters’ list qualified for the category of a public document, the two IEC top officials are now denying a member of the public an access to it.

Certainly, we don’t seem to be getting it!

Instead, Chairman Jawo can consult his lawyer to prepare the ground for a landmark case, relying on the Access to Information Act.

Simple!
